Frequently asked
questions

When do I need to order for same-day delivery?

Order by 2pm Monday to Saturday for same-day delivery across Central London. Orders placed after 2pm or on Sunday will be delivered the next working day.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across all of Central London — Zones 1 and 2 as standard, with delivery to Zones 3–6 and Greater London also available. See our Delivery page for a full list of postcodes.

Can I collect from your shop?

Absolutely. Visit us on Moor Street in Soho — between Charing Cross Road and Greek Street. We're open Monday–Friday 8am–7pm, Saturday 9am–6pm, and Sunday 10am–4pm.

Where do your flowers come from?

We source from New Covent Garden Market every morning. We prioritise British-grown flowers from farms in Cornwall, the Cotswolds, Lincolnshire, and Kent, supplemented with Dutch and Italian imports when the season requires it.

How long will my flowers last?

With proper care — fresh water daily, a cool spot away from direct sunlight and fruit — most bouquets last 7–10 days. We include a care card with every delivery.

Do you use floral foam?

No. We eliminated floral foam entirely — it's a petroleum-based plastic that never biodegrades. All our arrangements use natural mechanics.

Can I request a custom bouquet?

Yes. Call us on 020 7679 2450 or email hello@flowersatmoorstreet.co.uk with your preferences, budget, and occasion, and we'll create something just for you.

Do you do wedding flowers?

We do. We work with venues across London — from the Savoy to Somerset House. Visit our Weddings page or email weddings@flowersatmoorstreet.co.uk to arrange a consultation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay online. In the shop, we also accept cash.

Can I add a personal note?

Yes. There's a gift message field at checkout. We hand-write your message on one of our Moor Street notecards and include it with the bouquet.
