1. Orders

All bouquets are hand-tied to order. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm Monday–Saturday. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value if a specific stem is unavailable.

2. Delivery

Delivery is available across Central London and Greater London. Delivery charges vary by zone. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, access issues).

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. If you are not satisfied with your flowers, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Flower Care

All bouquets include a care card. With proper care, most arrangements last 7–10 days. We are not responsible for flowers that wilt due to improper care after delivery.
